These prices are per week
(7 nights). Minimum stay 5 nights.
Prices are excluding 15% service charge and excluding
US$ 6.50 per person per night tourist tax.
Service includes:
- Airport transfer by Sunbelt taxi driver
- Weekly cleaning
- Weekly linen and towels change
- Grocery delivery before your arrival

Payment instructions:
Upon reservation: 25% of the total reservation
amount.
60 days before arrival: the remainder of the total
reservation amount.
Payment can be made by wire transfer or credit card.
Cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation more then 90 days before arrival:
refund of 10% of the first payment.
Cancellation between 60 -89 days before arrival no
refund of the first payment.
Cancellation between 30 – 59 days before arrival: 50%
refund of the total reservation amount.
Cancellation between 0 – 30 days before arrival: no
refund.
Cancellations should be done in writing to Sunbelt Realty N.V.
